VitalRing is an app that measures and analyzes various vital signs of our body in real time, showing our health status intuitively. It monitors major biometrics of our body such as heart rate, heart rate variability, respiration rate, steps, calorie expenditure, distance traveled, sleep status, and stress changes, providing personalized health information and helping with optimal health management. VitalRing is a ring-shaped wearable device without a screen, and all data is displayed in the VitalRing app, allowing you to focus on your health.
Heres how to use the VitalRing and its app:
- Wear the VitalRing device
It is recommended to wear the VitalRing on your index, middle, or ring finger for the most accurate measurement. When wearing the ring, ensure that the sensor part is correctly positioned facing your palm.
- Install and connect the VitalRing app
Download and install the dedicated app for VitalRing from the smartphone app store. Then, launch the app and turn on the Bluetooth of your smartphone to pair with the ring.
- Enter personal information
After the first launch of the app, enter your personal information so that VitalRing can provide personalized health information.
- Check real-time health information
When you wear the VitalRing, it measures vital signs in real time and sends them to the app. You can always check major biometric data in the app.
- Sleep and stress analysis
VitalRing analyzes your sleep time and quality to suggest improvements. It also measures stress levels to help manage stress.
- Team care service
Try using the remote monitoring function in the VitalRing app to share health information with friends and family and manage each others health.
- Health report
If you use VitalRing for more than 3 months, it provides health reports based on the accumulated data on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
